Are Omega 3s in your diet?

An important supplement in my household is Omega-3. It not only helps my husband deal with the stress of being a a high school English teacher, it helps all of us to perform better at everything we do. We not only take Omega-3 supplements, but we eat a lot of fish, green leafy veggies and nuts as well. There are many success stories from families that have incorporated more Omega-3 into their diets, especially through supplements.
